Instant enchilada sauce, you can make an enchilada in 10 minutes or add to your eggs for huevos rancheros. We mix with our ground round for tacos (great taco mix). Really great sprinkled on salad, pizza, or soup. We toss our chicken in a plastic bag with this mix before we grill, yum!!!!
