Praise God, the 2010 Chile Season is here. Shipping of Hatch Fresh Chile is happening now.  You can order online or call us (800-292-4454). We ship fresh chile on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we will continue to ship our frozen chile overnight on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdys. 

          We do have roasted and peeled frozen green chile for the freezer. This product is available in two sizes and two forms - our ten pound box of Whole Green Chile (ten-one pound packages of chile - you choose) OR our fourteen pound box of Diced Green Chile(fourteen-one pound packages of chile - your choice again) These products ARE VERY popular.   

   The price quoted includes UPS overnight priority shipping.  We are able to ship the Frozen Hatch Green Chile on Monday,Tuesdays and Wednesdays for overnight delivery. 

   If  you are planning to make a chile relleno, you will want to order the whole chile.  Many of ya'll want the chile for Enchiladas, Green Chile Stew, or Salsa - the diced chile is perfect for these recipes, not only will it save you time BUT it will save you money.  You will not be cutting off the seed core and stem and throwing them away!!!
